You can upgrade your membership at any time through your member dashboard. The price difference will be prorated based on the remaining time in your current membership period.
Yes, BRAIN offers a 14-day refund policy for all new memberships. If you're not satisfied with your membership, you can request a refund within the first 14 days by contacting our support team.
We accept multiple payment methods including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets through our secure Razorpay payment gateway. For institutional memberships, we also accept direct bank transfers.
Individual memberships (Student and Professional) are for single-user access only and cannot be shared. The Institutional membership allows access for up to 5 individuals from the same organization.
After signing up for a student membership, you'll need to provide a copy of your valid student ID or enrollment letter from your educational institution. You can upload this document in the verification section of your member dashboard.
