How do I qualify for student membership?
+To qualify for student membership, you must be actively enrolled in an educational institution. You'll need to provide a valid student ID or enrollment verification during the registration process. Student memberships are verified annually.
Can I upgrade my membership later?
+Yes, you can upgrade your membership at any time. When upgrading, we'll prorate the cost based on your current membership's remaining duration. Simply log in to your account and visit the subscription management section to upgrade.
What payment methods do you accept?
+We accept multiple payment methods including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners Razorpay and PayPal.
What is your refund policy?

How many people can use an Institutional membership?
+Our standard Institutional membership includes access for up to 10 members from your organization. If you need access for more members, please contact us for custom institutional packages.
Is my membership auto-renewed?
+Yes, all memberships except Lifetime are set to auto-renew by default to ensure uninterrupted access. You can disable auto-renewal at any time from your account settings. We'll send reminder emails before your renewal date.
